Clergy Leadership & Ministry Development

The most urgent need in the Christian church today is true ministry - there is no substitute!

And he gave some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11 NKJV).

Before you can move forward in public ministry, it is wise to develop your gifts for effective leadership.  This training program is designed to help you follow those blueprints and to equip you with knowledge and experience.

This training module consists of several courses designed to prepare the minister to function in the local church.  Classes include lessons on pulpit etiquette and protocol, sermon preparation, adjutancy, five-fold ministry gifts, and a ministry internship.

The March of Faith School of Ministry offers enrollment for men and women seeking either ordination for tha public work of ministry or certification in lay ministry for service in the local church.
